OUR HOUSE
A RICH HERITAGE.
A HOUSE LOOKING TO THE FUTURE.
Maison Vacqueur is rooted in over two centuries of family history in the Cognac region. Today, this heritage lives on through the revival of an independent, modern spirits house with a distinctly international outlook.

1794
THE FOUNDATIONS
In 1794, Pierre Debect laid the foundations of the family estate in the heart of the Cognac region. Surrounded by vineyards and shaped by generations of craftsmanship, this marked the beginning of a family story that would span more than two centuries.
1840
MAISON ARBELLOT
In 1840, the Arbellot family established their Cognac house, later developing their business on Rue de Paris in Angoulême. The house was eventually sold to a regional merchant, and the Arbellot brand continues to exist today, particularly in the Nordic markets.
TODAY
A HERITAGE REBORN
Driven by a desire to reconnect with its family history, Maison Vacqueur is bringing this heritage back to life as an independent and contemporary spirits house. This new chapter brings together three men with complementary expertise, united by their deep knowledge of Cognac and a shared ambition: to create and develop spirits that meet the expectations of today's international markets.
A COLLECTIVE ADVENTURE
THREE MEN, COMPLEMENTARY SKILLS
Above all, Maison Vacqueur is a story of people, brought together by three men with complementary backgrounds and expertise. Combining family heritage, vineyard knowledge, generations of distilling expertise and international business experience, each contributes his own skills and vision to the development of the House. United by a shared passion for spirits, they pursue the same ambition: to preserve authentic craftsmanship while creating products that meet the needs of today's and tomorrow's markets.

ANTOINE QUÉRON
Born into a family of winegrowers and distillers spanning seven generations, Antoine carries on this tradition at the helm of the Distillerie de Malémont. With his deep understanding of the Fins Bois terroir and extensive distilling expertise, he plays a central role in the production and supply of Maison Vacqueur's cognacs.
ÉRIC AIGUILLON
A winegrower and distiller, Éric draws on generations of family expertise and brings his technical knowledge to Maison Vacqueur. Specialising in distillation and blending, he contributes to the development of spirits that combine quality, balance and character.
FRANÇOIS
ARBELLOT DE VACQUEUR
Descended from a long-established Charentais family with deep roots in the Fins Bois terroir and the history of Cognac, François combines family heritage with an international outlook. After spending eight years in China developing the spirits business, he now leads the development of Maison Vacqueur and its brands in France and international markets.

AT THE HEART OF THE FINS BOIS TERROIR
THE DISTILLERY DE MALEMONT
Located in Macqueville, in the heart of the Fins Bois cru, the Distillerie de Malémont is a key partner of Maison Vacqueur. Run by Antoine Quéron, whose family has been growing vines and distilling for generations, the distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production facilities. It is here that the eaux-de-vie at the heart of our cognacs are produced and carefully selected, allowing us to maintain close control over quality, from vineyard to bottle.
A HOUSE WITH A GLOBAL OUTLOOK
FROM COGNAC TO THE WORLD OF SPIRITS
Rooted in the Charente region, Maison Vacqueur has gradually expanded its expertise beyond Cognac. Today, we create, select and develop a wide range of spirits for French and international markets, through our own brands and in collaboration with our partners. Our approach is independent, flexible and firmly focused on the future.
